Home staging is a proven form of effectively selling your home. Staging is the process of preparing your home to ensure it sells for the highest price possible, and in the shortest amount of time. I assess your furniture, accessories, personal effects, and even clutter. I can assess what needs to be done to make small rooms bigger, allow flow, and encourage buyers to want to live there.

My experience is in creating rooms that show well. My redesigned or staged rooms have a warmth about them that clients love. Potential buyers feel welcome and comfortable. They walk from room to room imagining their belongings and themselves living there. Obviously, the more attractive your home is the quicker it will sell. My service includes all aspects of staging. From curb appeal to shower stalls. Your home will usually sell for a significantly higher amount. My services are an investment that will pay a significant return.

I walk through the home with your agent and/or yourself and discuss all of the updates that are necessary to improve the visual appeal and decorative balance of the home. You will get a detailed report on my findings and suggestions on how to complete the projects affordably. You are then encouraged to make the recommended updates. I also offer full service staging to complete the projects if you are unable to.

This option includes the consulting process above and all aspects of the project completion. Sub-contractors may be employed if skilled trade is required. I work with you, or alone to paint, organize, and arrange your furnishings to best enhance your home. This option is priced on a per-hour basis.
