How does this all work?

Some clients need advice in simplifying and getting rid of unneeded items. In this case, I can gently encourage you to decide if it is "safe" to let something go. How long has it been since you used it? If you let it go, and do need it someday in the future, how hard would it be to obtain? How likely is it that it will be obsolete or outdated in the future?

Some clients don't want to get rid of anything, they would prefer to organize the things they have. This could be because they are running out of space, because they can't find things, or because they want their place to be more attractive and pleasing to the eye. It is not necessary to get rid of anything in order to be more organized and make more effective use of your space.

In some cases, I physically do the work of organizing without the client present. It is much preferred that clients be present for the sorting stage of the process. We can work with you to find the best solutions for you while still completing the job effectively.

I also offer consultation services, giving advice on how to organize and helping design organizational systems in order for you to do the actually organizing work on your own.

If you choose consultation services, or choose to do the work yourself We encourage you to not work alone. It is important to have a person with you that is not emotionally attached to the items to assist you in making decisions.

Pricing rates include time away from the clients home in preparation
for the completion of the job. This includes ordering supplies,
designing layouts, pricing items, and research into the best
solutions for each client.

Contracts are issued on a per hour basis, or a full job quote.
