Organizing
Will you judge me for my cluttered house?
Answer: No of course not. Your clutter is no different than my own. I too have areas of my own home that could use some work. The cobblers shoes...you know. Everyone has areas that need work. You are not alone.

Can I really afford you? Isn't this service for wealthy people?
Answer: My favorite question! My primary goal in my business from the onset has been to enable all people to be able to afford my services. I am the most affordable service in my area. I make sure of it.

Will I have to throw things away if I dont want to?
Answer: No never. My role is to help you organize what you have. Some clients dont want to purge their items. This is more than fine! It is your home. I'm working with you, not dictating what you should do.

Can I leave and just let you do the work?
Answer: You sure can. Providing that you have opted not to thrown anything away. If you are throwing old things away, You will need to stay for the purging of your items. After that process, I am happy to do the work alone. I actually like surprising you upon your return with your beautiful rooms.

What if I am embarrassed to have you see my rooms?
Answer: I know it is hard to take that first step. I can assure you that in my years of organizing for clients, I have never been shocked by the amount of work to do. It's really okay.



Staging
Is this business like what they show on TV?
Answer: It is and it isn't...The process is the same. I tour your home alone and assess what needs to be changed. Or I work with your Realtor to determine what needs to be accomplished to help you sell faster and for more money. What is different is that most homes can be staged in one to two sessions if no major repairs are needed. We dont normally spend a week in your home unless it is necessary.

Does this really work? Be honest.
Answer: It does indeed work. Studies show that a staged home sells within 14 days of the first open house. You cant beat that!

How much higher can I list my selling price at if I stage it?
Answer: This is up to you and your Realtor. One of my clients sold for $10,000 over the original asking price at the time of sale. Several thousand dollars over is the norm. I can not guarantee the selling price.

Do you bring packing boxes and pack my house too?
Answer: We do pack many items for your move during the staging process. Our goal is to de-personalize your home so that potential buyers will be able to see their things in the home and buy it. We can provide the Packing materials for you at an additional charge. If you are using a moving company they may require you to use their packaging. I can check into that for you.

How much will this cost me?
Answer: A typical day consists of three to four hours of work. The charge per day will depend on your home and the amount of work required. Most homes that only required a decluttering and moving of furniture can be completed in one session at a cost of a couple of hundred dollars for the day. This is a bargain when it enables you to get more money from the sale of your home. No client has ever been disatisfied with my services or fees.

Is this a cleaning service?
Answer: No, not like a cleaning service will provide. I can contact a qualified cleaning service for you if needed. I do provide general cleaning as I stage your home. This does not include scrubbing bathrooms or windows however. A cleaning service should be called for these services.



Redesign
What is Redesign?
Answer: I come to your home with an extensive supply of items that I made need to redesign your room. These include, picture hanging hardware, tools, floor protectors, furniture movers. I assess the room and "shop" your home for items that we may use to redesign your space. You return and enjoy your new home.

Can I stay there while you Redesign my rooms?
Answer: Yes! I would love to explain why we are making the changes I suggest. I enjoy teaching clients the art of placement and design as I work with them. I may ask you to step out at the conclusion of the day to enable me to do the final decorative touches.

I dont think I have anything you can use, what do you do then?
Answer: I have never found a home that didn't have a junk closet, drawer or storage space. With a creative mind it is possible to use what you already have, to recreate it into what you need. If you want to buy other items to add to the room, it is up to you. I may even suggest an item or two that would enhance the room. My goal is to spend no money on supplies.

When my pictures are moved, my walls will look bad. Do you paint?
Answer: I would be happy to paint your room if this is necessary. Often a touch up will do. But if a new color is desired, I can provide that for you. This will require additional time and charges.

How long will this take?
Answer: Without painting options the redesign of your room can be completed in one day.

Relocation
Is it alright if I don't want your help unpacking some boxes?
Answer: Certainly, while I can assure you that my services are strictly confidential, I also know that there are often items that clients do not want anyone to touch or see. This is your right. I respect that.

Will you clean my old house after I move?
Answer: No, the service I provide starts at your new home. I can refer you to a qualified cleaning service if you would like.

Can you provide additional staff if I need them?
Answer:I can provide extra staff for the unpacking, design and organizing at your new home. Addition Reclaimed Spaces staff will increase your charges. Other contractors that I may refer to you are not on my staff and will need to be paid separately.



Writing
I have to write about myself for a company web site, will you do it?
Answer: I throughly enjoy these assignments and would love to. I will send you a list of questions that enable me to get to know you. We can discuss your wishes via phone or instant messenger as well. You are asked to proof read the rough draft and suggest any changes before I submit your completed essay.

Can I have one of your articles?
Answer: You may take those articles that are listed as free. My byline must remain intact if you use them in other publications. Order the articles by using the order button. Other articles are available at affordable rates. Ask me about them.

I would like a tribute about a friend of mine. Do you do that?
Answer: Tributes are dear to me. I love writing them. They always touch the heart and inspire others. I enjoy bringing that to people through my writing. Please allow me to honor your friend in this way.

How much is a simple "About Me" essay for my web site?
Answer: Just $15.00. This is a 1000 word essay about you and what you do.

Can you write the text for all my products in my store?
Answer: I sure can! Just click the order button and tell me what you need.



About Annie
How long have you been in business?
Answer: My home keeping cleaning business was founded in 1987, additional features were added as the years past. In 2000 I decided to concentrate on only the design and organizing fields and removed cleaning from my offered services.

Where were you trained?
Answer: I apprenticed with a well known designer in Atlanta. This was far more extensive training than the three day seminars offered on other sites. I also believe strongly in continuing education.

Do you still do faux finishes?
Answer: I do! I required that a basecoat be applied before I arrive.

How do you keep up with so many services?
Answer: Organization and a lot of hours! I am determined to provide quality services at afforable rates. It is my passion. I truly enjoy making your life easier. It is worth every minute of my day to make that possible.



Web Site Design
What kind of sites do you design?
Answer: I enjoy designing most any type of busines or personal site. I offer clean, uncluttered site design for pages that load quickly. My goal is to give you what you want for your web site.

I dont have much to spend is this expensive?
Answer: It doesn't have to be. A static site page can be created for about $100.00. Additional pages or those with heavy graphics (images) will of course cost more.

What is a static page?
Answer: This is an announcement page. Busineses use these to have a simple web presence without high cost. They often dont need to update their sites much. This page is used to provide a description of the company and contact information.

Can you write the text for me I dont know what to say?
Answer: Yes! for a small additional fee I will provide all the text for your page. You will need to complete an informational sheet describing what you would like the page to say.

Why are you selling these ?
Answer: I needed an item for my design business with my logo on it. I couldn't find anyone that would put my design on their products without having to order a hundred of them. I found that I could make my own and buy them from my own store. That led to making other items that friends wanted to buy but could not find.

Can I ask you to put a picture on a shirt or mug?
Answer: Yes you can. I will need you to send me the picture via email. Digital camera photos are required for quality products.

What is the Cafe Press quality like?
Answer: I have had nothing but praise from customers and have found my own orders to be excellent. The shirt sizes seem to run a bit small so order one size larger.

How does the custom ordering work?
Answer: After visiting the site and deciding what you want, just click the email button. Describe what you want. The colors, what items you may want, the name, saying etc... be descriptive. If you want a picture on the item, send that in the same email. I may reply with more questions to clarify your wishes. The graphic will be created ASAP and added to several products in the store. I will email you when it is available. You will return to the store link to purchase what you want.

How much extra do you charge for a custom order?
Answer: Not one penny more! It is free as my thank you for ordering.

How long does my custom order take to be ready to buy?
Answer: My record is 7 minutes after the email came into my offices. Normally you can expect an email from me within a 12 hours either asking for more information or to let you know that your item is ready.

Annie,
We would like to thank you for the redesign of our living room. It is great and it was just what we wanted. The leather look wall treatment brings out the character of the room. It is a place that we can relax and can now stop trying to figure out what to do with it. All of our family has been here and they are astonished at the difference it makes in the same space.
